The UTM Health & Counselling Centre (HCC) offers daily wellness workshops, activities, and resources from Mondays to Fridays via our Wellness at Home Program.
Weekly schedule:
- Mindfulness Meditation (1 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.) – sessions led daily by HCC counselling staff
- Together Tuesdays (2 p.m. – 3 p.m.) – weekly peer-led chats and activities focused on different wellness topics
- Wellness Wednesdays (1 p.m. – 2 p.m.) – Wellness 101 Workshops led by UTM staff and faculty
- Self-Care Thursdays – weekly inspirational posts, activities and videos for self-care
- Foodie Fridays – weekly food tips and facts from UTM’s dietitian
