Health and dental plan coverage for U of T students runs from September 1 to August 31 each year as provided by five student societies across the three U of T campuses. Additionally, the University Health Insurance Plan (UHIP) is a mandatory health insurance plan for all international and exchange students enrolled at U of T. Be more calm, confident and connected. Join weekly opportunities Mondays through Fridays to practice secular mindful meditation techniques that will increase your relaxation and focus.

Start your week by taking time to be in the present moment and align with your goals for the days ahead. Our weekly mindfulness meditation class is led by Health & Counselling Centre counselling staff and requires no experience to participate.
